“Adventure is where you find it, any place, every place, except at home in the rocking chair.” - Wally Byam
A legacy 50 years in the making
In this world, you’ve got to move fast. In July 1989, at 11 months old I made my debut on the silver screen - if you count the local news that is - as the youngest participant attending the 32nd annual WBCCI Rally in Bozeman, Montana. Who could ignore a baby in the President’s row after all? The travel disease was installed at a young age - and now after 35 countries and more than 2 million miles of travel internationally, I finally found the silver bullet. Over the last five years I’ve travelled 200,000 miles overland across the United States and spent more than four months living in my Globetrotter 25 FBT.
I suppose the apple doesn’t fall too far from the family tree. My grandparents history of Airstreaming began in the early 70’s with the purchase of their first Excella and led to travels across all of the lower 48. Their original travel journal (on right) along with some excellent family photo archiving helped land us my grandparents original BRN. Time is a flat circle.. or maybe travel is just that timeless.

Juniper Campground // Devil’s Tower, Wyoming
Beneath this geological wonder lies a national park campground in which you could spent an eternity. Built into a small oxbow in the Belle Fourche River, Devil’s tower should top your list of overland destinations in 2025.
