A few day’s in Paradise

Today marks the end of my trip to the Virgin Islands for spring break. I haven’t posted since the first day we got here because I’ve been sick most of the time. What a wonderful time for a cold to hit. This week was spend mostly away from people in remote places with my family. It was nice to get away from school for the week. I’ve been spending most of my nights as a virtual labbie to WKU’s Appalachian Cultural Project. I’m the webmaster and built and have been updating the site on some of the world’s slowest internet here in St. Thomas. Check it out at www.acpworkshop.org

Hope you enjoy the pictures, I spent most of the week just staring out over scenes like those below and it was amazing. Next week will bring the video which I have big expectations for. I was able to shoot some underwater video with the 5D and it really looks beautiful.
